Clean, dry skin only.
Wash the area. Pat completely dry. No lotion, body spray, or oil where the strip goes. This is the number one reason tape fails

Pick your configuration.
Choose one of the 5 Signature Configurations — The Bombshell, The Mega Lift, The Baddie, The Socialite, or The Siren.

Choose your strip lengths.
Three lengths are included — 6", 9", and 12". Smaller bust: start with 6" or 9". Larger bust: layer 9" and 12" together for the Mega Lift.

Apply outside-in.
Start at the side of the breast. Pull upward and inward as you press the strip down. Hold for 10 seconds per strip.

Remove in warm water.
Run warm water over the strip for 30 seconds before peeling. Peel slowly from the edge. Never rip from the center. This is how your skin stays intact.
