Shipping Times
Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed and a second email with tracking information within 2-3 days of dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (United States & Canada)
Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume during peak periods. All domestic orders include standard tracking so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
International Shipping
Standard international shipping takes 8-20 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines vary by country and are subject to local customs processing, which is outside of our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Tracking is included with all international orders.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information is provided via email within 2-3 days of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will locate your shipment immediately.
Delays
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we will investigate and resolve it.
